Alarm system for businesses
A commercial property is often a preferred target for burglars, as it may contain goods of high attractiveness. We understand that as a business owner, you want to secure your employees, customers, and the goods in your commercial property optimally. In that case, an intrusion alarm system is an effective way to keep intruders out and prevent damage to your property. As a BORG-certified installation company, we supply, install, and maintain professional alarm systems.
Determining risk
The insurance determines the burglary risk based on the attractiveness of the goods present in your commercial property. When determining the burglary risk, consideration is given to the environment in which your goods are present, as specific conditions are associated with each risk that an intrusion alarm system must meet. Once the burglary risk has been determined, we will work together with you to map out the type of intrusion alarm system required for your commercial property.
Regulation
The private security sector is governed by the law on private security organizations and detective agencies. This law sets requirements for companies and employees of private alarm centers and security firms. In addition to the necessary permits issued by the Ministry of Security and Justice, we naturally must comply with certain regulations. This regulation is managed by the CCV, also known as the Center for Crime Prevention and Safety. The CCV sets requirements for a security plan, installation, maintenance, and 24-hour service, personnel, the control center, and alarm response, which the intrusion alarm system must comply with.
Private Monitoring Center
We have our own Ministry of Justice-recognized monitoring center with PAC108 license, allowing your intrusion alarm system to be directly connected to our monitoring center. We work with qualified and reliable staff who are available 24 hours a day to promptly handle incoming (alarm) notifications. Incoming signals are recorded and, if necessary, followed up by, for example, activating the security service or the police. Through our monitoring services such as alarm verification and live surveillance of camera systems, we can achieve priority 1 with the police and minimize alarm response time. This way, you stay one step ahead of robbers, burglars, and vandals.

Control room supervision
All our security systems are connected to our own Ministry of Justice-recognized monitoring center with PAC108 license. In our control room we receive all kinds of notifications such as burglary, fire, panic, low battery voltage, 230V failure etc. We have different protocols on how to handle them. It may be that we first inform you, the police, fire department or for example a security company in your area.
Maintenance and 24-hour service
It is very important that all systems work when they are most needed and that they don’t trigger unneccessary alarms. Therefor, it is important that we maintain the alarm system every year and that a service technician is on site within 24 hours to solve any malfunctions. We offer maintenance and service contracts on all our alarm systems. This contract is also an insurance obligation, as is the alarm center contract.
Live video monitoring
In order to temporarily guarantee good security quickly after an incident at your premises or during a renovation, we have mobile camera masts. These masts are directly connected to our control room and are continuously monitored live.
