What kind of alarm system do you need?

The main question you can ask yourself here is: “When do I want the alarm system to detect an unauthorized person?” Should the alarm go off when someone is already inside the home? Should it go off if someone is at your window or door? Or should the alarm go off even before then? The logical answer to these three questions is “As soon as possible.” However, it’s important to realize that this often comes with higher costs.

There are three types of alarm systems:

1) Alarm system for ‘inside the home’
This alarm system goes off when someone is inside your home. This is detected by motion detectors inside your home. This alarm system is ideal if you primarily use the alarm system when no one is at home to protect your belongings.

2) ‘Alarm system for ‘entering the home’
If you prefer to detect intruders one step earlier, when the unwanted person is still outside and tampering with your window or door, then this may be a better fit for you. The alarm gets triggered through vibration and magnetic contacts on your window and door frames. Additionally, you can activate the alarm while still freely moving throughout your entire house. This is an easy alarm system to use with small children and/or pets.

3) Alarm system that alerts the police
For your own peace of mind, we can even alert you and the police at the same time, before an unwanted person gets anywhere near your facade. We can provide this extra service with our camera systems in combination with our service of live video surveillance.

The moment the alarm system detects a person, we can activate a siren and/or flasher in your home. Additionally, an alarm notification is sent directly to our, justice-recognized, monitoring center. In the case of a double alarm notification, it will promptly alert the police and the contact persons you have specified.

Control room supervision

All our security systems are connected to our own Ministry of Justice-recognized monitoring center with PAC108 license. In our control room we receive all kinds of notifications such as burglary, fire, panic, low battery voltage, 230V failure etc. We have different protocols on how to handle them. It may be that we first inform you, the police, fire department or for example a security company in your area.

Maintenance and 24-hour service

It is very important that all systems work when they are most needed and that they don’t trigger unneccessary alarms. Therefor, it is important that we maintain the alarm system every year and that a service technician is on site within 24 hours to solve any malfunctions. We offer maintenance and service contracts on all our alarm systems. This contract is also an insurance obligation, as is the alarm center contract.
